Appearance

Vehaan is a young fair-tan skinned man with dark brown hair and eyes with nerdy glasses. He wears a sap green coloured top and a black denim pant and ties a prussian blue coloured muffler around his neck.

Personality

As Shaktimaan's alter ego in animated version Vehaan is an extremely smart geek who easily solves all kinds of problems and he loves writing and sending computer codes.

Character

By character Vehaan is a shy, stubborn, klutzy and a seemingly worthless fellow who finally ends up getting into some kind of trouble but deep down he is a very gentle, humble, kind, righteous and a gracious person who is loved by his friends because of his nature but he is also a coward and not that brave as a hero Shaktimaan is.
But at the same time he is very focused and at free time he enjoys meditating and does a lot of yoga to maintain his fitness and at the end of the story he masters all the skills in Yoga including Ultimate Power. He is also an obedient and the best student of the seven gurus including Mahaguru also called Wiseguru and is their chosen student because of his nature in the Himalayan ashram.

Early life

As seen in Shaktimaan animated nothing much is known about his place of birth and his parents but it is seen that in his boyhood days he had a friend named Rony, with whom he played every day. Once he and Rony were chasing kites; while catching the kite, Rony saw an old woman buying vegetables in the market of the other side of the city valley as he saw money with that woman his intention changed he threw the kite from his hand and planned to steal her money by feigning to help her while the two boys helped the old lady crossing the road Rony immediately grabs the money and flees with Vehaan along with him.The old woman horrified calls the police and the police chased the boys. Vehaan pleaded with Rony to return the old woman her money to be free from trouble but Rony refused finally the boys land up in an unknown place where seven mysterious saints see Vehaan helping out Rony.As soon as the boys reach the exit of that place Rony gets stuck allowing Rony to escape Vehaan surrenders to the police and is arrested and taken a prisoner for the next fifteen years.Once Vehaan sat in the lockup weeping the seven gurus appear in front of him and take him along with them and this way he spent the next fifteen years growing up in a Himalyan ashram.

Animosity with Kilvish and Transformation to Shaktimaan

Once Vehaan came in the Himalayan ashram after making and getting along with new friends he comes across Kilvish who was also a student of the seven gurus, he was extremely skillful, capable, strong and intelligent but was declared unfit because of his evil nature. On the other hand,Vehaan was also equally strong but was very gracious and loved by everyone due to which Kilvish was jealous of Vehaan. So, he trained harder to be stronger than Vehaan but still Vehaan became the only one chosen by the seven gurus because of his qualities and nature. Then, the angered Kilvish in order to take revenge from the seven gurus rips the souls of Vehaan's innocent friends with his powers and imprisons them along with him.
From that time Vehaan and Kilvish became the worst enemies of each other and Vehaan in order to defeat Kilvish and give redemption to his long lost innocent friends trains harder to become stronger and even more powerful than Kilvish which led to his transforming into Shaktimaan and becoming a greatest cyber yogic superhero.
